Only security personnel will be allowed to stay on the grounds over night, so it will be necessary for attendees to seek lodging with local hotels.  You can contact the Springdale Chamber of Commerce for information on local lodging.  We will have security  personnel on the grounds at all times.

STALLING INFORMATION
We have limited space for stalling horses.  If at all possible, please bring a picket line for horses that will picket, or panels to make a small paddock at the back of your trailer. 

Medical info
On the on line registration and when you register at the clinic we will ask for basic medical information.  We will keep this information confidential.  But in case of an accident we will have it on file.
